...And I float to it.
Hello
Today is a day that makes you even wonder why you left the bed. It's cold outside, even with the sun as company. I got up a bit tooo early today and I'm still a bit sleepy, but at least I got things done today, things I've just "forgot" to do the others million days I could do it.
I will, together with Aylen & Adam, attend at one of Gerad O'sheas handler course. I have non expectations, but I've heard he's a very good instructor; so I hope, at least, I will learn something new! We'll see, We'll see...
Aylen and I loves shows, but it hasn't always been that way. When I was younger, a lot younger, I thought shows where boooring, to no good (mostly for the dogs) and I also thought it was just some sort of beauty contest. I still think it's more beauty then brain sometimes, but then I'm a "working person". I've love to see dogs work and to work with them; no matter what breed, therefore I see no reason to define a dog for it's beauty (or no beauty) - There's sooo much more!! I do not think a dog actually can be ugly 'cause it lays in the eyes of the beholder.
But today I also see a show as a possibility to met new and "old" friends, to learn and hoepfully the judge likes your dog, if not; no worries - I promise, the dog is still the same dog, maybe tired, but still the same. A show is a very socialized event that brings people together under one roof, and it can even be a good environmental training for the dog IF you begin slow, with maybe a smaller show.
My dogs love, love, LOVES it! Nea think that the narrower the better, the louder the funnier. So, the more pain in the as the show is, the more she loves it... (Well, then I've never said she's normal either so...) Aylen, well, she starts to wag her tail, moan and yammer and she also has a "happy-bark" she uses to announce to everyone that she there, even before we even stopped the car! She knows exactly what to do and how to behave (well, mostly of the time!). When we're at ringside she just relaxes and/or takes a nap. She's goes "ferdinad"!
Here's the reason why Aylen loves shows - You maybe get a kiss from the judge!! The judge is Hans-Åke Sperne (Sorry for the blurry picture..)

Underbart...
Halloj!
Idag har dagen varit helt underbar. Träffade mina farföräldrar för en mysig lunch på en ny restaurang i centrum. Aldrig prövat den förut men tyckte det var en restaurang värd att besöka igen, trevlig personal, mysig lokal och oerhört god och nyttig mat!
När vi kom hem så släppte vi ut huliganerna på gräsmattan och jisses vad de busade. Snön har ju SÅ KLART ( ='( ) smält men bus bland höstlöven blev det ändå. Alldeles knäpptysta och en hel del hoppande i luften; akrobater är dom båda två och de nuddade knappt varandra trots att de lekte med varandra. Tycker det är så intressant att bara studera och se interaktionen emellan dessa två töser, två helt olika raser, väldigt stor storleksskillnad på dem men också att de leker så fint, även fast Nea väger typ 12 kg med och är 25 cm högre så är leken på Aylens villkor. Inga "push-overs" eller tjafs, bara ren glädje.
Att köpa två tikar, med ganska liten års skillnad, kan vara på både gott och ont. Ännu har det bara varit gott, men samtidigt har också interaktionen mellan dem varit oerhört tydlig, både för mig som ändå inte är "expert" men också för andra som är waaaay more erfarna än jag.
Jag tror dock det hade varit en avsevärt stor skillnad på förhållandet om det hade varit Aylen som bodde här först.
Hundvärlden är något jag inte valt att ta del av, utan jag blev född och uppfostrad i denna värld. Och för det hyser jag stor tacksamhet för, för de människor som saknar hund/katt tycker jag nästan synd om. Vilken glädje, ovillkorlig kärlek och sällskap de går miste om!
Nea fäller som en galning och ja, för första gången detta året drar jag fram borstarna - På riktigt. Så skönt, jag fick en fluffig tös som inte kräver mycket hårvård. Nea har en sådan bra, enkel och välskött päls som är ganska "själv-försörjande". Borstarna kommer endast fram när fällningen startar och ibland på vissa utställningar (om hon fällt om man ska försöka fluffa till det lilla som finns..), annars ligger borstarna mest stilla och samlar damm. Trodde jag skulle behöva borsta mycket mer, så det blev en heeel del köpande av borstar av alla dess slag när vi köpte Nea. Men har bara använt två; kardan och furrminatorn! Wondertools!
De som sett henne och så utbrister de "Åh, så len och fin hon är; nyborstad?" - "Nepp, inte borstad på ett braaaa tag". Men hon har ju en relativt kort fluff-päls, men den är himlans tjock, vilket för att pälsen står rakt ut vilket gör att tovor inte bildar och sedan har hon en len och mjuk päls. Aylen har, å andra sidan, kräver liiite mer; för hon har så "stel", men len, päls som gör att de lägger sig platt-pannkaka om man inte rör till lite i soppan, speciellt efter dusch eller regn.
Undrar om alla har så enkelt med sina eurasier?
Ikväll har vi haft en hel del raketer som skjutits upp lite överallt i området för att fira syrianska (reserverar för felstavning) laget som nu fått sin poäng som krävdes för att komma in i allsvenskan. Hundarna, då? Ja, dom har legat och sovit genom det hela, mindre kunde de knappast ha brytt sig. Ni förstår inte hur skönt det är, eftersom jag, själv, är oerhört raketrädd är det skönt för mig att veta att hundarna inte är det, sedan har jag levt med en raketrädd hund, och ni ska veta att DET var inte trevligt överhuvudtaget. Det var hemskt! Hon led verkligen av det på alla sätt hon kunde dock var de bättre inomhus, men utomhus, ja, om du ens fick ut henne, var det hemskt! Det värsta är ju också att man startar flera veckor, om inte månader innan (och fortsätter efter) nyårsafton. Flera månaders lidande för något som varar i två sekunder....
Nu lockar "Kick-ass", lite cola och goda chips tillsammans med fästmannen. Sedan börjar en ny vecka...

Snow, snow and some more snow!
Hello everyone!
Today is the D-day, or should I say the S-day! It's snowing outside! So beautiful, so sparkly and so cooold! The dogs loves it, I'm enjoying it and Adam...Well, doesn't appreciate it as much as me and the dogs does.
I Love the snow, and so do the girls. I hope that this snow will stay for a while, so that we can enjoy it, but I prefer if it stays at this "level"; 2-3 cm (Okay, 3-5 cm wouldn't hurt..) and approximately -5 degrees. Last year snow was a bit tooooo much and a bit tooo cold. Little Aylen, who where just a little pup, had no chance to get anywhere - The snow was to deep, and she was too low...But adorable!

There's been little to do, and little to say these few days, since the last time I wrote here. I've been studying, studying and some more studying. The school is killing me for the moment, but it's over soon... I can't wait!!
There's been some planning for the future, both regarding the dogs but also for my own future. The dog-breeding-plans are done, finished and decided; FINALLY! Now we just have to wait, wait and wait a little bit longer...(Move faster, time...)
I love to plan. It's fun but it can also be frustrating at the same time, well, you know what I mean! Sometimes, things just don't end up as planned but sometimes it does and hopefully this will!!
I've decided not to entry Aylen to the big show in Norweigan, it's very sad to say but I've decided that my driving license is more important for the moment, but I will definitely show her at the big international show in Stockholm in December. There's been so many shows I wanted to go to, and did go to, this year but next year will be mine and Aylens "Show-year" and hopefully I got my driving license so that the car, with me as a driver, can take us to all the shows that I want to entry.
I will show Nea too, but not as much as Aylen, but first of all we will enjoying the snow, you never know when it's gone!

A day with many names..
Hello everyone!
It's a cold and windy day today. The dogs loves it and chases all the leafs around and tries to catch them all; at the same time - I just watched and laughed at them. Well, autumn is here and sooner or later, unfortunately, the snow will fall. I love the colours of autumn but I don't like the cold. Hopefully it won't be such a cold winter this year as the one last year!!
We been on some lovely autumn walks lately and just enjoyed the beautiful weather and colours. We met some sheep's the day before yesterday and Aylen barked at them and thought they where highly suspicious and shouldn't be there at all! Nea...Well, she wanted to kiss them ALL! I guess Aylen hasn't got IT yet - That she's supposed to herd them! Haha
I will hopefully get to the "nordic winner" show in Norwegian in November with Aylen and I haven't yet decided if I will entry Nea too. It would be fun to have both dogs with me, but I think I want to lay down some more work on Aylen 'cause she hasn't been shown as much as wanted so now it's going to be a change on that!
I will also show Aylen on the big international show in Stockholm!
We are, at the moment, using a lot of English in school and therefore I will write in English on this blog, so that I both learning how to use the language better but also so that people abroad can follow me and my dogs on our adventures!
